Where We Ship We ship to Belgium, all EU member states, and the United Kingdom.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within the same week of purchase.

Delivery Times

• Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• EU countries: up to 1–2 weeks after dispatch
• United Kingdom: up to 1–2 weeks after dispatch (please note that customs checks may affect delivery times)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs between €10 and €20 depending on your location and order size. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our Carrier We ship most orders via PostNL.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
